We use Australia Post for domestic orders.
For international oders, we use DHL.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
All of our orders require a signature upon delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery of your order to you, we recommend that your parcel be sent to an address where someone will be able to receive it during business hours. If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, our carriers will leave a card which will direct you to the local collection point.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment notification email that will contain a tracking link directing you to the shipper's portal.
Please allow 2 business days to dispatch your order (not including Australian public holidays). Orders are processed and generally delivered within 2-3 business days.
For international orders, orders are processed and generally delivered within 3-5 business days. We do not take any responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied by customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
If you are not at your delivery premises to sign for the parcel and consequently you do not arrange a re-delivery or pick it up from a collection point and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to give you the option of a re-dispatch for an additional $12.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and / or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.
As the receiver, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customers on arrival.
Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.
